The Toddler Room

Ella went back to "cool" (school for those of you not familiar with toddler-speak) on Monday. She graduated to the toddler room led by Miss Stephanie and Miss Alicia. She has reportedly adjusted well and has already made friends with a little girl named Evelyn. According to her caregivers, Ella prefers to stand in her crib and "talk" to her friends during nap. They may have to make other sleeping arrangements for our dear daughter. I can already envision slumber parties with a pre-teen Ella. She'll be the one lying awake, wide-eyed and babbling as the sun comes up. Apple doesn't fall too far from the tree I guess.
