High Fives

High fives are certainly deserved after this weekend's culinary exhibitions. Grilled salmon coupled with grilled nicoise salad? Grilled jerk pork tenderloin with a smoked peach, tomato, onion relish? Can I get a what, what? CRAZY (note caps) good if I do say so myself. Recipes available upon request. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.
